CAN I RETURN or exchange MY PURCHASE?
We will be happy to exchange or refund your purchase provided the Merchandise is in as-new condition (tags, original packaging intact, unwashed, unworn) within 30 days of your purchase (purchase date is noted as the registered delivery date from when you receive your shipment from UPS or USPS). Boots or any footwear may be exchanged or returned only if the soles are unscratched and the boots are in as-new condition. When trying on boots, be sure to walk in carpeted areas until you are sure that your boots fit correctly.
To return or exchange your purchase, please place the item in the original packaging with a note explaining the reason for the return as well as your contact information. Typical returns can take 3-5 days to process once the merchandise is received and fits into the criteria of our return policy. When the return is processed, the customer is immediately credited. Please be aware that some financial institutions are slow to report the refund on your credit or debit card.
HOW TO SHIP YOUR RETURN OR EXCHANGE
It is your choice, Western Outfitters requires you to pay your shipping cost of your return or exchange for any reason other than factory defect. In the event of a factory defect please provide photo of the item to us. This helps us correct the matter with the manufacture. Provided the factory defect claim can be validated. Western Outfitters can provide a return label via email with UPS and will pay the shipping expense to send you your replacement item.
